Overage rates apply for accounts that exceed allocated storage and compute limits.
Estimations of user numbers are for typical usage scenarios and are indicative only. Plan requirements may vary based on your workload.
All plans have access to all features and functionality within the Synaps Commerce Platform.
Compute usage limits apply to all Express, Started, and Standard accounts. If you regularly exceed these limits you will be required to upgrade your plan. Read more about compute limits here
Plan pricing is per database. Multiple database subscriptions can be managed under one account.
Compute Limits refer to the amount of processing time and resources your account consumes. Read more here.

Upgrading Plans

Hate the price jump when you only just exceed a plan? We do too.

When you reach the limits of your current plan, instead of a big jump in price you just pay 'overage' until it makes sense to make the jump to the next level. This way the pricing scales with your usage smoothly.

Of course this doesn't apply to the free Express plan - once you hit the limits of that you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Multiple Databases

For multiple stores, offices, or warehouses

The Synaps Commerce platform is designed to handle one location per database. If you have multiple stores or warehouses and want to separate stock, sales, user permissions then you can create a database for each one on our platform and link them together.
